we had Dean at Alpha fence install our fence and the Gate is installed incorrect and the Gate will not open out. This is a safety concern and needs to be fixed ASAP. We have to have the Gate open outwards in an emergency situation. also, the latch he installed was too small and needs to be replaced. I have left about 10 text messages and many emails with no response.
Upon completion of fence job, I had a walk through *** systems representative(***). At time all work,and job site was approved.

I am rejecting this response because: it looked fine to me, i'm not a fence guy, so I thought it was fine. but our safety director said it was a safety issue since the door won't open outward and said the door didn't look right as well. so, I had another fence company look at the door and they said it was NOT installed properly. The hinges on the fence door are pointing toward the center of room, they should be inline with the fence. It wasn't like I waited weeks or months later, I called, emailed and texted dean multiple times the next day. He still will not accept my calls, texts or emails.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID. It sounds like the contractor has agreed to fix the fence. he was requesting exactly what needs to be done. This is what we need done to ensure the safety of anyone that is working in the fenced area.
See attached pictures. The hinges of the gate will need to be inline with the gate, they can't be installed inside the room. this will allow the gate to open outwards fully. I fixed the lock myself, so we are good with that issue.
