I am not satisfied with a partial refund
There is NO reason I should have to chase this money

We have done everything possible to help this customer. We have refunded everything that she paid to us, and have requested a full refund through Emirates for everything she paid to them. Apparently the only resolution that would be satisfactory to her is one in which we give her a free trip at our expense. We can do no more. This is our final position.
