Signed up for a test bottle only had to pay for shipping. 5 bottles received within 3 weeks and a $500 total cost????
These pills are not worth a fraction of what they billed. I think a fair refund would be $400
Customer service attempted to reach out to the customer multiple times, but has not been able to get a hold of them. If the customer still needs assistance, please have them contact customer service.

The business has responded multiple times and I am not willing to take their calls as it's now with my credit card company...they can deal with them. When I first contacted them they were *** and unwilling to work out a solution, now that I have a complaint with the Revdex.com they want to work out a solution, however, it's too late. They had their opportunity. This entire company is a Trial Base ***. I'm just glad my credit card fraud department agrees and will take the necessary action
Girlfriend got me a trial pack from this company. Just to turn around and have 120 taken from our accounts with no warning, no notice nothing . When I contacted the company they only responded after o told them I have filed a *** claim against them as I had sent about 5 emails before that one with no response. Once my bank got involved all they did was cancel they order they just charges me for, haven't refunded me my money, refuse to answer any questions about when I will be seeing my money back and I only got the ONE response from them.
I want my 118$ this company *** from my account back and for them to *** quit ignoring me.
Our customer service reached out to the customer and a resolution was met. The customer was given Full Refunds on the transactions in question. The Customer stated that this was resolved to their satisfaction.
Please remove the complaint since it was resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I never once stated anything to do with "satisfaction" and this company. ***. I'm the complete oppisite of satisfactied.
The remainder of the customer's refunds have been successfully processed. At this point, the customer has been given a 100% full refund on all of the charges in question. If the customer is still not satisfied, please have them contact our customer service department.

I never once said I was sarifisatwith anything to do with this company. The fact I had to go threw so much *** and file so many reports just to get MY money back is not okay. The fact they ignored ALL my emails until I had made this report is also not okay. The ONLY reason I got my money back was because I filed a report with the Revdex.com ***. This entire experience with this company has left me very unsatisfied and nothing can make up for the amount of time they ignored me or the fact this even happened to begin with.
I contacted the company via the internet to take advantage of a trial offer. After seeing many bad reviews of the companies practices I tried unsuccessfully to contact the company to cancel my order. After many calls where they simply hang up after waiting several minutes I had to call to cancel my CC. All other online reviews are from people having the same experience and losing hundreds of dollars because they could not contact the company to cancel further ongoing deliveries.
