I apologize that you feel you have received poor customer service. However our technicians are not required to endure abusive behaviour from clients. Mr. [redacted] originally hired Alphageek to troubleshoot an antenna he had installed by another company on his roof. Our technician was told the same...

that he is now stating, almost word for word, about the other antenna and service. We did troubleshoot the previous antenna.   While we were still onsite Mr [redacted] decided to purchase a new out of the box antenna and have us install it. We guarantee our work (labor) and therefore make sure that the installation is done adequately the first time, including photos of the installation. Mr. [redacted]s antenna was installed with adequate support and approved by him before he paid. Alphageek has installed  hundreds of antennas in the Louisville area and has not had to return to one of these residence to repair or correct the installation. From many installation of the same digital antenna we have had NO complaints of its reception.  Mr. [redacted] was satisfied with the installation, antenna and reception before our technician departed. Our technician in no manner advised the client that the antenna would receive any reception when there are high winds. No one could guarantee such since the weather is out of our control. When Mr. [redacted] called he sounded agitated and spoke over me the entire conversation. After a few questions I was able to discern that the antenna was still mounted and there was nothing wrong with the installation itself. I attempted to explain rationally that no antenna, no matter how mounted could withstand very high wind speeds like those of the week he called. He did not allow me to explain. I did offer to schedule him for a service call at our standard rate.  Mr. [redacted] was given a discount on the troubleshooting and installation for the initial visit. According to the National Weather Service on 5/12/16 the wind speed reached 51mph and 30 mph on 5/13/16.

The antenna does not get good reception with only 10 to 15 mph winds.  I am requesting Alpha Geek examine the installation to ensure it is surely attached to the roof and , if necessary provide additional support, without additional charges.  Alpha Geeks response does not fulfill this request.
