Alpha Graphics

For the last 3+ years as the editor of a local charitable organization, I have been assisted by Alpha Graphics competently,creatively and caringly in producing a quarterly newsletter.

Together one-on-one, challenges in format, editorial, photographic/graphic and print-worth issues, with Intel preservation, have been consistenly solved. Feedback from our members and friends attest to an informative and attractive product.

Quality/costs are very favorable compared with any of my prior experiences.

I purchased a couple of prints that needed to be cut the same and laminated plus a couple of other items. When I got home I realized the prints were cut uneven and the lamination wasn't melted. I understand things happen and sent an email explaining the problem and asking if it could be redone.

To sum up my reply from the owner... Small jobs are bothersome, if you want perfection go to [redacted], etc.We will redo it.

I went back the next day... They had lost the item I had forgotten previously and had not reprinted the badly done job from before. I waited for them to finally reprint both jobs and hand them to me. There was never any kind of apology.
