they called and offered to send me all the black and color toners for my laser printerthey said if I wasn't happy with the product then I wouldn't have to pay and I would have 2-months to try the toner cartridgesI received the shipment, used the cartridges and yes, they lasted longer than the other cartridges and it was only $for all of them (unbelievable price)when they called to collect the money I asked for an invoice to me emailedthey sent it and called me back a week or lateri paid the invoice AND they sent me $cashiers check as a thank-youi will be ordering from them again I actually liked the fact they sent them with no money paid and no obligation to pay if I wasn't happy

I received a call stating they would sent me black & color cartridges to try on an open invoice It was a while before I could use them and they were very patient about that The cartridges were "OK" no better than I was using, but worked for me As soon as I paid that bill November 3, 2015, I received another shipment - not authorized I contacted Alpha Imaging Supplies and told them I did not order the shipment I asked if they had set us up on auto ship on accident - they do not have auto shipping is what I was told I asked them to let me send them back, no you keep them Then I received the invoice a couple of days later - invoices in the amount of $each - totaling $1,- WHAT THE HECK!!! I paid $for the 1st cartridges.....I do not know how many cartridges are in the box but I do know it cannot be cartridges! I advised them I will return them - they again told me to keep them I received a call that they forgot to send me $visa card with my shipment - again I advised them I did not want the order.....oh then you keep the visa card for the problem you have with the shipment Each time they would call me about the invoices - I would tell them I did not order them & I was not going to pay for something I did not order - the box is still unopened This went on for several months - the last call I received approximately March 14, - I made the girl mad when I told her I was not going to pay & want to return them - she finally told me to return them - BUT would not give me a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number - so I still have the unopened box - what do I do?

I received a call that they forgot to send me $100 visa card with my shipment - again I advised them I did not want the order.....oh then you keep the visa card for the problem you have with the shipment.

DO NOT EVEN TALK TO ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a SCAM! They promise you free samples-I was assured over and over they would be free, I was told if I get a bill to throw it out> Now they are harassing me, sending emails to other co-workers saying I had "bad behavior" ! This has gone beyond harassing!! Of course, the co-workers did not believe what this stranger was saying-DO NOT BUY OR TALK TO THIS COMPANY-THEY WILL BULLY YOU1
