Review: I ordered a 2 carat si2 champagne C2 diamond with a GIA certification. However I received a certification stating it was a brown diamond, and an si3 (which does not even exist on a GIA scale!). This has happened multiple other times with diamonds that are worse quality than described and with gemstones that are not what they are labeled as, such as pink topaz, but received pink quartz. I usually have returned them for a refund. But enough is enough and this has to be brought into attention of the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like the diamond and the certification to be both refunded back to my bank card.

I have bought 10's of 1000's of carats of Gemstones from all over the world! These are certainly are not exactly "top" of the line gemstones, but,..........these are the very best I've ever bought for the price I've paid! I have asked this seller to remove me from their mailing list on several occasions but I continue to receive promotional emails from various addresses. While I have purchased from them in the past, the products were not of good quality so I have since discontinued using them as a supplier and no longer wish to receive any information from them.
