I'm very disappointed with Alpha IndustriesWe've ordered almost jackets and at $a pop, I expect better customer serviceFor one of our orders, the package was lost by UPSWe reordered what was missing last week to meet our deadline (and mind you, this reorder is only for jackets)We chose overnight shipping at almost $and then nothingNo shipping confirmationNo follow upSo I begin to call and leave voicemailsI sent multiple emails to their customer service team and even left a Facebook message because I was desperateMind you, this was last week, the office was open, it was after Christmas and before NYE; there shouldn't have been any issue for me to at least reach someone to find out what was going onFinally someone responded via FB saying the phones had be down (Could have made a post on their Facebook about that or edited the voicemail response)The person would not help me with anything else about my order and my questions so I asked if email was down too? The response I received was nope, email is fine so I'm just being ignoredIn every message I've sent or voicemail I've left, I have asked and repeated to please call me and left my cell #I just now received a response via email AFTER I sent another message this morning!! They didn't even answer my question and gave me the run around! Who manages this company?! I Will NOT order from here again or recommend! There are plenty of places that offer items like these who will take care of their customersNo one should have to jump through this many hoops just to speak to someone at a company over a concern with their merchandise

Do not order from this companyThey charged my card, sent an email out after a week letting me know orders were taking longer than expected but I should receive shipping order in 24-hoursSent a customer service email a week later after they solicited me to review the items I still had not receivedI just called weeks post order to check on it and they casually told me the order was canceledThey sent no notice that they canceled and have not refunded my cardThe customer service rep was rude and told me that it's not their fault they had an after Christmas special and ran out of itemsThey shouldn't be selling (MULTIPLE) items they don't have enough to sellKeep track of our intventory

I got some sweet patches from their website @ the expense of my credit card information being hackedThey sent out a mass email explaining the situation and offering everyone free credit reviewing service for a yearHowever; they said they would send me instructions on how to enrollits about a year later and customer service calls later and I still haven't received anythingTalk to customer service, there couldn't be a more obvious lack of two ss given to quality customer serviceHonestly, there coats are sweet, but don't bother buying it from them, honestly buy them from a 3rd party like *** or something
