Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below.
[ Unfortunately, the offer of a 25% discount will not suffice. It is poor business practices not to uphold an agreement made by the associate you choose to handle your business affairs while being out of the country. Ask yourself, how did I know that you were out of the country? Because, that is what I was told when I called and complained about the services not being delivered as requested & demanded to speak with the ownerYour associate told me you were out of the country & unavailable, but he had the authority to make agreements on your behalf. The representative that I had meet the technician at the property said the technician told her, "I spoke with *** and he told me what to do." The technician never discussed the scope of the job with my representative, nor did he indicate additional work/expense would be needed to complete the job. He completed the job in 15-minutes time & handed my representative a bill for $Quite honestly, replacing a *** lockset with a $lockset is a crime in itselfThe house was being knocked down in a couple of weeks, I NEVER would have authorized that expenseI would have replaced it myself with a standard $40-$lockset from *** *** myself. The disputed credit card charge was not returned to me by credit card company because they said they couldn't get in touch with you personally and after filing a refund with the bank you denied itThey told me its was "your word against my word and there was nothing they could do." Hence - I filed a complaint with Revdex.com as a last ditch effort to make this wrong; rightThis was also the reason for my delay in filing a complaint with Revdex.com as the complaint process with the credit card company is quite lengthyAll this being said, I'm not sure why your associate agreed to settle my initial complaint for $when he clearly never discussed it with youRegardless, I would honor the agreement conveyed by your associate. I will only agree to a $creditOtherwise, I will "bite the bullet" and go out of my way to share my experiences with your company throughout the realtor community; which I've been a proud member of for the past years. ]

Mr*** hired our company on the forementioned datesHe was qouted a service call of $+ additional labor and hardware cost if neededUpon arrival the techs were greeted by his associate which we could only assume was acting on behalf of Mr***The techs went over options with the
associate of Mr*** which included the recommended replacement of multiple lock setsIn addition a new striker needed to be installed and another was adjustedThe associate obliged and the technicians proceeded with the workThe techs then took their time to go over the job with the associate on site and tested everything to ensure reliability and customer satisfactionThey then closed the job for the agreed upon amount and his card was chargedI see this as a failure of communication between Mr *** and his on site associateWhy would we proceed with that much work and charge the card if we werent authorized to do so, especially with the associate seeing job completionOn top of this the disputed credit card charge was not refunded by the credit card companyI am also curious as to why Mr *** would wait almost + months to file a report with the Revdex.comThere was also a mistake in the math on his partWhy would we settle on $and now he ask for almost the entire cost of the job backI am also not sure where he got this $from but it sure was not an agreement I made with him as the ownerIn an effort to satisfy the customer and keep good relations I am willing to refund 25% of total job cost back to Mr***It must be noted I am offering this not because of wrongdoing by my company but as a good faith effort to resolve the issue at hand

The 25% partial refund we offered was more than reasonable. Paying a total of $250 for the work and hardware installed there is not possible for us to agree on. I talked to the associate about this $250 job total you both agreed to and he did not recall this. We had no idea about the property being decommissioned soon and I am wondering why you would order locksmith services in that situation to begin with. You also stated you could go to [redacted] and do this your self, why didn't you? I do not like to see an unhappy customer, but what your asking is unreasonable.
