Review: In June 2014, I sold my tractor and trailer to this company. They came to NY to pick up the truck and left me with two checks to the total of $12000. A week later the bank called me and told me the checks were no good. Meanwhile, my equipment is in New Jersey. I get ahold of the person who came to NY....not getting anywhere. He makes many promises to pay me but does not. So, eight months later I am out my money and my equipment. I have tried calling him and his number is disconnected. Please help!Desired Settlement: I just want my money. I have contacted a lawyer but so far no court date.
