I did not agree to the day trial. My understanding was that the product offered by this business was free. I only had to pay the shipping and handling. I have contacted this business stating I did not open the products shipped to me and asked for a refund. They would not give it to me. They said it was past their 30-day refund policy. I did not even know where the charges on my credit card came from until after days! There was no way I could have contacted them sooner. They are very able to refund my money; but because they are a scammer, they are not willing to. I want other potential consumers to BE AWARE of this scam and this company!!Regards,

acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes. According to our records, the customer ordered our testosterone booster and muscle builder on a 14 day trial basis back on and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.95 and $3.95. The trial expired on 12/15/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 12/30/2017: $89.37 for the testosterone booster and $85.97 for the muscle builder.
