Alpha Mechanical, Inc.

Alpha mechanical was assigned to me through a service contract.
We called on Tuesday because our air conditioning broke
They missed appointments to evaluate the issue on Wednesday and Thursday.
They called several times to assure us they were coming, but never called us to let us know he wad not coming, so we were stuck waiting at the house till 9 pm.
We called several times looking for an update when he tech was late, but they did not return a single call.
They scheduled us for a 3 pm service call the following day, but did not inform us, and did not understand why we could not walk out of work to make the appointment.
The tech finally got here Friday night and said a part was needed.
The next time we heard from them was Monday, when they were again flabbergasted that we could not just leave works so the repair could be made.
They refused to schedule a repair after 3PM, so I had to use a vacation day, the next day we could get off of work was Thursday.
They promised to have a tech show up between 10 and 12pm on Thursday.
He never showed.
We called for an update, and before we could tell the receptionist what the problem was she asked what was wrong with the air conditioner now.
She was under the impression it had been fixed.
The service man had showed up before our appointment, while I was dropping my son at daycare.
He did not call to say he was coming, or call to say he was there. He just left.
So here we are 9 days after the initial call, and we still gave no idea when or if our air is going to get fixed.
I would not recommend them.
