We have investigated the billing issues for Ms....

[redacted].  She was given correct information by our billing office in that our billing system cannot accept more than two insurance carriers due to space/character limitations in the system.  The reason that this has not been a problem in the past for Ms. [redacted] is that her first two carriers paid her claims in the past and so there was no need for a third insurance.  In this case we were first contacted by someone at Ms. [redacted]' residence on 11/29/2016 and were told that they were, in fact, receiving the billing statements and we had verified that there were no mail returns on those statements.We have put a hold on this account with the collection agency and printed a new claim form which was sent to Idaho Medicaid on 11/29/2016.  We did verify that Ms. [redacted] was covered by Idaho Medicaid for that date of service so we expect that the remaining charges will be covered.  We have not received a payment from Idaho Medicaid as of today, 3/14/2017, and we do not have a timeline when they might respond.
