To whom it may concern,This is in reply to the complaint (id [redacted]) received by
the Revdex.com concerning my company, Alpha Omega Accounting, LLC.First, I would like to address the issue of privacy the
complaining client brought up. It is our policy not to reveal a...

client’s
information to anybody unless compelled by a court of law or without written
authorization from the client. I will not do this even to protect myself here
in addressing this complaint, so I will only address the points that the
customer has brought up, regarding her tax situation and our service. The client brought me her tax information for two years’ worth
of tax returns, on April 3rd, 2015. She was informed at that time
that our standard procedure for any tax return received after the 1st of April would automatically be extended. Her 2013 taxes were already a year
late and she knew that. The client was e-mailed a draft copy of both 2014 and 2013 taxes
on April 25th, 2015. She then started searching for more
documentation, and we revised the taxes after she got the new documentation to
us in mid-August, 2015. She then missed several appointments to return the
signed and dated e-file forms (we cannot legally file her taxes without having
the signed and dated e-file forms). I finally received those on September 30th,
2015. Her tax returns (both 2014 and 2013) were transmitted and accepted by the
end of that day, and her personal copies were e-mailed to her on October 9th,
2015.The charitable contributions to her church were not included
on her tax returns as she did not have enough qualifying deductions to put her
above the IRS Standard Deduction. All business expenses the client provided us
information of, were indeed taken on the tax returns. As far as the client’s original documents go, I have notes that
they were returned to her at our meeting in August. I also supplied her with
electronic scans of those documents. We have searched both the office and our
secure storage locker and have found no additional documents, papers, or other data
that were not returned to the client. The client’s actual invoice was for $563.00, after her
paying us $250.00, we wrote off the remaining $313.00 balance on the basis of a
hardship for the client. We have spoken to this client and her husband on
numerous occasions via the phone and in person to satisfy the client and to
resolve her concerns, to no avail.Alpha Omega Accounting, LLC has been in business since 1998.
I am licensed to practice as a CPA in Colorado, my license number is 22832. I
