I'm very sorryMany people have buyers remorse and we need it the policy to defend our bussiness The policy is been there for more than yearsI have to keep repeating my last message because she insists that we don't have signsIf she ever goes to the store or contact usWe would agree something, but we would not give her a full refund on a delivered speaker, used and on a final sale policy

I have to keep repeating my last message because she insists that we don't have signs. If she ever goes to the store or contact us.   Such company has no signs that stating their policies, I have a written receipt with the amount of $350, and no policies are found on such receipt.  For the business owner, to blatantly lie, is very unprofessional and this business lacks customer service etiquette.  Now, I am out of $350 dollars and no resolution to my complaint. I would not be so  adamant in my request for a refund, if there had been signs or I had been verbally informed about their policies.  I have been a customer at many establishments whether it be, a restaurant, food store, department store, or many other, if I am not happy with an establishment I take my business elsewhere.  I paid for a certain karaoke machine that this business said they had at another one of their locations, I get home and receive a call stating that they don't have the product that I had purchased. All I want is my refund of $350, had I known of their policies I would have never purchased any item at this store, now I am having to go back and forth trying to recuperate my money.
