Customer service is horrible Reported issues are not turned over to tech support for months In my case, the issue was not turned over to tech support for over months even with my requesting updates! And it will take close to another months to correct That is almost and entire school year!
Customer service is horrible. Reported issues are not turned over to tech support for months. In my case, the issue was not turned over to tech support for over 3 months even with my requesting updates! And it will take close to another 5 months to correct. That is almost and entire school year!
