Monarch Customer/Tech support is atrocious. I submitted an issue in the curriculum on November 4th. Resubmitted every time the issue came up, also checked on progress as it was interfering with my child's studies. Apparently no one bothered to look into the issue for over 3 months! Now it 'will take some time to correct' Well, they only have 2 more months left of curriculum for the year! This is on top of other issues that were corrected in a semi timely manner. I will be shopping for a new curriculum for my children and will be staying far away from ANY AOP curriculum!
