This is the absolutely worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Even though I called another contractor, Mr F. shows up to give me an estimate on remodeling two full baths, laying wood floor, scraping the ceilings and removing wallpaper. During the assessment, he seems to know what he is talking about and talks about his plumber looking at this, his electrician looking at that but what shows up are unskilled men, his 'foreman', the only one that speaks English can't even cut a decent 45° angle for baseboards. One guy/a foreigner told me he was not even authorized/ licensed to work in the US. They did a crappy job of protecting my belongings. Scraped the ceilings and got wet, acoustic junk all over, leaving a mess on the carpet..because it's coming out anyway, they say. They left the vanity and trash in my front yard for about two weeks. A 3-4 day floor job took over two weeks because it was such a shoddy job. They said they glued the sub-floor down and fixed the squeaks but it squeaked, clicked, and had hollow uneven spots. Only after I stayed up late cutting out a piece of the sub-floor and removing a ridiculous amount of short screws proving the missing glue and unfixed squeaks did they agree to redo the floor. I have pics to prove it. When doing my bath, they cut a whole completely thru the wall, I could see sunlight from outside coming in the tub, his fix on last days..a pitiful puddy job. Before I knew it, they put the toilet in our only working shower, for the whole weekend. What mns. And I can't prove they did it but, our water pressure got so low 25 all of a sudden after they messed with the lines to remove & reset bath fixtures. This whole experience has been a nightmare and Mr F acts like its all my fault for pointing out the shoddy work. He was way over priced as it was (me, thinking its justified for licensed/skilled workers), he has the nerve to add on extras for redoing floor. Don't be fooled by this guy, he's just out to get your money. We had so many problems with their lies and pitiful work I would never, ever recommend them for any job, no matter how small.
