From: Alpha Omega Roofing
[mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, October 03, 6:PM To: [email protected] Subject: ID We spoke with the customer today and explained that we only received for the work that we were supposed to receive forwas withheld at time of payment and there were no issues except we were not paid in fullWe explained to them that the job was done below costs to help them outand went our separate waysWhen they called back to say that there was daylight showing into the attic at a gas vent we did not initially respond...this is when they filed the complaintAll gas vent have daylight showing into the attic due to the way they are designedThey do not leakWhen I went out today I inspected the gas vent and left them a noteThey called and I let them know they should be grateful for the workWe did much more than we anticipated or agreed to doThey did not pay for the siding repair that was agreed upon while the roof was being doneThis was another that Alpha Omega paid for without compensationThey are trying to take advantage of our company and through the Revdex.comAlpha Omega Roofing office fax

I am rejecting this response because:
This company did not do much more than agreed apon. This company left nails in my air conditioning unit and left trim on house damaged that we had to pay out of pocket for. We had agreed on $3700 for repairs (these documents are coming in the mail to Revdex.com) and they started the job then got about halfway through the job and said they would not finish the job unless they got more money. I am not trying to take advantage of this company. I am not seeking any monetary value of any kind from Don C[redacted] or any person from this company. I only want any consumers who look at this company to beware that this man will curse you out, lie, and get halfway through a job and say he can't finish it without more money. He did not resolve any issues with my husband and me regarding our roof or damaged trim or nails in HVAC unit--we handled these issues ourselves, as when we called Don he cursed us and said he was not doing anything else for us. That is when we filed the complaint.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/09/13) */
This is clearly the wrong Alpha Omega she has left this complaint for. There are over 3 Alpha Omega companies in NC alone that we are NOT affiliated with at all. Please make sure these complaints are going to correct company. We do not have her...

on file as a customer for us nor do we have the employees named in the complaint.
