Alphaone-tech does not have good customer service. If you submit help tickets, often you receive absolutely no response from them, and no resolution of your issue. I paid for domain name renewal a month before its expiration, and yet it expired. I submitted multiple help tickets, and sent several email, and have gotten no response. More than two months have passed and my website is still inaccessible.
