Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 9, 2017/05/06) */ I'm sorry but I did not beat holes in bottom of freezer there was scratches on bottom of unit when I removed ice from floor of freezercustomer said someone else had been out before and did same repairI thought it was from previous repair ice was not thick enough to beat ice from floor of freezerit was a whole three or four weeks later when we recived second call to try and replace fridge for customer......I was exceptionally nice to customer and tried to get unit replaced from warranty companywhen warranty company refused to replace unit is when I get a complaint about bottom of unitcustomer has tried several times to have unit replaced from warranty companythe replacement was not denied because anything I didI never had any damage complaintsive been in business for years and only had one damage incident due to water leakI have insurance to cover these situations ....why would I liecustomer is upset company wont replace unit Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 11, 2017/05/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Nothing is true about thus response but he was very courteosThere was absolutely no damage done prior to his visitThe company was notified within ONE week after I saw the damageThe insurance company did not totally deny my claim, they actually contacted me themselves to work with meThe technician told me he would help me and to take pictures and he would forward them without returning to my homeThat is when I saw the damageHe didn't help in the he claims, the insurance company quoted that the tech said he found no problems with the refrigeratorThe insurance company sent a third company and they indeed found issues with the refrigerator and they clarified my damage control In my defense, no the ice was not thick so why did he used heavy duty pliers or whatever tool I witnessed he usedI have been defrosting the bottom for the entire duration fighting my claim and never used a metal or any damaging objectI opened the freezer to let the ice begin to melt and wiped down with my dish towel I just want the truth be told and this company to pay for the damageBad business tactics and customer service

I just started a new job, but I really needed some cash for a prescription Waiting until Friday was just not an option I felt intimidated, so I made a friend come alongI did not need to burden my friend at all, Alpha *** is super clean and super nice! They offered a couple options for a loan, or to sell I chose a loan, and the charge is very low I totally recommend Alpha *** on Cave Creek
