Review: alpha performance has refused to issue a refund for my order. I initially made and order with [redacted], at Alpha performance usa, (aka [redacted]) for a tuning device ([redacted]), on Feb **, 2014, the amount was paid in full via my paypal account. I was promised a delivery of early march. Since then I have asked for, and received updates, on delivery. Each updated has promised to ship to me in a week or two weeks. The latest update being one more week. Today I asked them to issue me a refund, since it is clear that they never intend to send the item to me. They replied that they would not issue a refund.Currently I do not have the product, or my money and feel that they have not acted properly.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money refunded, in full.

Review: George V[redacted], Principal of Alpha Performace USA, LLC is using my personal name ([redacted]), my DBA NAME ([redacted]) AND MY COMPANY NAME ([redacted]) POSTED IN HIS WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA A FALSE, FRAUDULENT AND SCAM STATEMENT WHICH HE CLAIMS I HAVE SENT HIM MY BIKE FOR REPAIR DATED JUNE [redacted] 2015 USING BOTH MY PERSONAL AND BUSINESS NAME TO MAKE PEOPLE THING IN MY VIEW THAT I AM RELATED WITH HIM OR DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM. NONE OF MY PROPERTIES OR ASSETS ARE IN HIS LOCATION NOR DO I NEED HIS SERVICES AS I OWN A PERFORMANCE CENTER IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA.

THE INFORMATION IS CONFUSING THE CONSUMER IN GENERAL THAT READS THE STATEMENT AND IT'S CREATING MONETARY AND MORAL DAMAGES TO MY BUSINESS AND PERSON. THE INTENTION OF MR. V[redacted] BY PRODUCING SUCH A FALSE STATEMENT IS NONE LESS, NONE MORE THEN TAKE AWAY MY CLIENTS, DAMAGE MY REPUTATION AS A RACER, TUNER, AND BUSINESS PERSON, MAKING THEM THINK I USE HIM AS A SOURCE FOR MY RACING NEEDS AND OTHER SERVICES, THEREFORE CONFUSING THEM WITH THIS FALSE STATEMENT. I CHALLENGE HIM TO PROVE THAT THE MOTORCYCLE IN THE PICTURE IS SITTING THERE AT JUNE [redacted] OF 2015. IT'S A LIE AND GO AGAINST THE GOOD PRACTICE OS A BUSINESS. USING MY NAME AND MY COMPANY NAME TO ATTRACT BUSINESS TO HIM, HE IS DOING SERIOUS PERJURY

ALSO I CHALLENGE HIM TO PROVE THAT I HAD OFFERED ANYONE IN THIS INDUSTRY PRODUCTS THAT HE HAS EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO IT AND I COME TO ASK THAT THIS LINK BELLOW SHOULD BE REMOVED, BECAUSE SOME PARTS THAT HIS DISTRIBUTOR (ALPHA RACING) ARE MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME BUSINESS WE BOTH BUY FROM IT, AND ALPHA PUTS HIS LOGO ON THOSE PARTS CLAIMING THEY MANUFACTURE THOSE PARTS. SO I HAVE THE RIGHTS TO SELL THE SAME PARTS, AS THE MAIN DISTRIBUTOR PRODUCES THEM AND SELL THEM TO WHOEVER WANTS TO BUY IT, SO MR. V[redacted] IS SELLING A PRODUCT WITH HIS BRAND NAME, WHEN IN FACT, PATENTS AND COPYRIGHTS BELONGS TO SOMEONE ELSE. THEREFORE HE CLAIMS I HAVE NO RIGHTS TO SELL SUCH ITEMS FROM ALPHA RACING, BUT THE PRODUCTS COMES FROM A DIFFERENTS MANUFACTURERS AND IT'S OUT CHOICE TO DISPLAY TO MANUFACTURER OR PUT OUR BRAND ON IT. HIS STATEMENT IS VERY DEFAMATORY AS WELL AND MAKES PEOPLE THINK MY BUSINESS IS A SCAM. ALSO I DID NEVER ADVERTISE ANY PRODUCT ONLINE THAT HE HAS A SIMILAR PRODUCT, MY WEBSITE IS STILL UNDER MAINTENANCE. HE NEEDS A REASON TO MAKE THIS STATEMENT. HE DOESN'T HAVE ONE. THE WAY HIS DISCLAIMER IN INTRODUCED LOOKS LIKE I HAVE A FAKE BUSINESS OR NOT CAPABLE OF RUNNING A BUSINESS AND I NEED HIS HELP, I AM A PRO RACER WITH SPONSORS AND RECEIVED MANY CALLS ABOUT THAT BECAUSE MY SPONSORS GIVE US MONEY TO RACE AND ME AND MY BUSINESS ARE INVOLVED AND ALPHA RACING USA, LLC HAS ALREADY COSTED ME A COUPLE PHONE CALLS TO CLARIFY THIS MATTER WITH MY PARTNERS AND AFFILIATES. [redacted] IS SPECIALIZED IN TUNNING BMW MOTORCYCLES AND BY DOING THIS HE IS DIMINISHING MY COMPANY FOR NO REASON, JUST BECAUSE HE IS AFRAID OF GOOD AND HEALTY COMPETITION WHICH HE HAS PROVEN HE IS NOT CAPABLE OF. He is claiming that he is building a motorcycle to me. False and someone should pay him a visit to check the accuracy of this information, because it's harming me big time.

If you guys analise the whole thing, you will see bad faith in both claims, because I am his customer and the same time in the dealers area I am not authorized to sell parts? He is really confused in his statements and my name is involved in every single one of them. Please check his shipping policy and google George V[redacted] Alpha Complains and you will see why he is doing such thing.Desired Settlement: Remove my personal name and my company from this website from the false statements that he is using my image and business name to promote his, including the disclaimer in the front page and [redacted] page and any social media or ways of publishing as this is bringing moral and monetary damages to my person and my business. There are many Alpha's in this business that are in the category services and retails and owner insists in try to damage my reputation since my business was open.
