Alpha pest control sprayed my house the day I moved in. I was told by the technician that he would return to take care of a pigeon problem four days later. I told him I would send a check from my bank on the day he returned, including both payments. He never returned. I contacted him two weeks later to ask when he was coming and if he could resend my original invoice because it was lost in the chaos of moving. They were very unkind and sent me a string of emails about me being a deadbeat that doesn't pay my bills. They claimed that my service was done two weeks prior to actually being done, and they were unwilling to do the pigeon service because I never paid. I showed them screenshots of our email correspondence showing dates and agreements. They responded simply by saying that their computer doesn't lie. I've never been treated this way by a company when I was simply trying to communicate. Their emails got more and more hateful. I would not recommend them to anyone.
