We had a mostly good experience The movers were kind and professional and did a good job We had them store our stuff for one week (while we closed on the new house) and the movers assured us that since it was such a short time frame that our stuff would remain on the truck Then when the movers came to deliver our stuff at the end of that week they again assured us that everything had remained on the truck, locked up, the entire weekThe one mover said he kept the keys the entire time But when the bill came we were charged for offloading into storage and reloading from storage When I asked the office about it they said it was definitely offloaded/reloaded and the price was correct So, I'm not sure who was lying to me, but I can't help but feel a little cheated
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They will promise you anything to get you to sign the contract and pay them in fullThen they will lie and mislead you at any opportunityThey would not even follow the specifics of the contract they wroteThey lied that the items would be shuttled less than a mile and then placed on the semi for transportThey lied that the driver would be there to supervise loading and to give us a delivery date They took days to finally load our furniture on the truck for deliveryThey then put us off by giving us different delivery dates, non of which were accurate They wanted us to sign a blank "Loading Confirmation" form, saying they would fill it in laterAccording to our driver, they did not properly pack several items as required for safe delivery, resulting in damage to several items Phone calls were generally not returnedWe were passed from one person to another and no one had accurate answers Horrible experience and moving
