A business that I manage started using Alpha Plumbing in February 2015. The experience has been extremely positive. They are always able to find quick and cost efficient solutions to our issues and are also willing to come during emergencies with little to no notice. We are non-profit, so it is important for us to know that our contractors are working with us. We had one project that two other companies had looked at, and were unable to come up with a solution after 3 months of expensive bills with no solution...within the first week of looking at our issue, Alpha Plumbing had a solution and had already started the plan to implement the solution. I was so satisfied with the business partnership with Alpha, that I had them come and complete some work at my house, as well. Polite, professional, and gets the job done well!
I had my kitchen and bathroom faucets replaced by Dan [redacted] who was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and was very patient in answering a multitude of questions.
I was very impressed with the workmanship and continual cleaning of the space he was working in leaving it probably cleaner than when he began. The faucets had not been replaced in close to 10 years so there were a couple of glitches but he quickly addressed them and everything is working wonderfully.
I will be using his company in the future to assist in the complete renovation of the bathroom and am confident in utilizing the trades he recommends and will be contacting him in the near future to begin this process.
