Charles B[redacted] called from the business stated that the coping and tile was special ordered for the pool and it was ordered directly for the warehouse in [redacted]. Some of the coping came in damaged so it had to be reordered and shipped. And will arrive within the next 2 weeks. Mr. B[redacted] stated that...

he was informed that he isn't allowed back on the property. If he is given permission to come back on the property and paid the amount owed $[redacted] he will finish the work and add the plaster that is being requested to be put on. Mr. B[redacted] stated that there is no signed contract it was a verbal agreement between the sales designer and Mr. [redacted]. Mr. B[redacted] stated that there is a gap between the pool and the deck but that is because of the coping it only comes in one size and they are updating an older pool. He also stated that he cant make any changes to the deck to make the gap smaller.

I am very pleased with how Alpha Pools communicated with us during our swimming pool installation. We had heard about horror stories with other pool companies and are very happy that we selected Alpha Pools for our builder.
