and on the filtering system. For two seasons we tried to deal with the major problems wasting our time and effort putting, as the home owner calls it, "bandages" and avoiding dealing with the real problems. [redacted] describes a $6 part that was ordered. This part was a Chlorine Dispenser check valve that was replaced by Alpha Pools and it was also cleaned multiple times. The source of the problem was the filter, and old, damage unit that couldn't contain any longer the debris coming from the pool. We explained several times to [redacted] that serving a pool every other week was not enough to maintain with such problems. Alpha Pools gave [redacted] time to pay past due service invoices from 2015 Season which were paid in April of this year 2016 with the idea of properly repairing the pool. Such repairs were never approved and avoided by the home owner. Collecting a payment was always and struggle as [redacted] described herself as a small business owner just like Alpha Pools. I disagree on the $500.00 dispute as the only part that [redacted] approved and which she is complaining about cost $6.00. Several invoices for 2016 Season are open for the service Alpha Pools provided for [redacted]. Alpha Pools is willing to declare those open invoices as losses to settle this matter.
