Very disappointing I had placed two successful orders in the past, but the the third was a nightmare Contacted by email to place reorder, very slow response Received proof, approved and paid immediately Proceeded to get "order awaiting payment" once or twice a day non-stop Contacted them by email and after another delay and was told they had system issues Never received confirmation of order, but kept getting awaiting payment notices Began calling repeatedly at all times of the day and getting no response Finally got someone to answer, they put me on hold to "check with production" and never came back Began trying to call back repeatedly and never got an answer Multiple calls and emails received no response! I did finally receive the product, but will never do business here again
