-our driver did tow this unit incorrectly, we acknowledged that in a full blown written statement from our driver -the vehicle was towed miles and some damage may have occurred during this time however the debtor drove the vehicle close to miles to work the following morning, then to dealership for repairs, this caused an obvious acceleration to what damage may have been done -We were in contact with Mr [redacted] to cover damages -We were quoted numerous different amounts from [redacted] , and promised a complete date from [redacted] (svcadvisor) who began avoiding our calls Mon-Thurs when I finally got through to him by calling and asking for "service" instead of [redacted] directly and [redacted] answered, needless to say he was caught off guard and at a loss for words...and had no answers for me, no ETA whatsoever He was completely unpleasant to deal with, customer service was non existent -Per the recommendation of our insurance carrier, our client, and our management, in light of the complexities of the claim we decided to turn over the claim to our insurance for resolution -Our insurance declined the claim because [redacted] signed MULTIPLE hold harmless agreements specifically releasing us from any damage claims whatsoever -Upon receiving notification of our insurances decision to decline the claim, we could have legally, completely ignored the claim however we are a virtuous organization and paid for the repairs AND rental expenses (even after such slanderous claims) -Mr [redacted] has since signed another hold harmless agreement, has his vehicle fixed, and all expenses paid He said that he would "retract" his complaint with Revdex.com which is why we haven't responded This "case" is no longer valid Thank you,
