Review: Since the completion of the work (roof replacement), the business has failed to provide me with the "Paid in full" receipt and a copy of the manufacturer warrenty for the installed roof. Sent an email request on 9/22/2014, 10/14/2014, 2/6/2015; and several phone calls requesting the same.
Mr. [redacted] crew perfomed the work in a most satisfactory manner and in the time stated that the job would be completed. I have no complaints in that area.Desired Settlement: The paid-in-full receipt and the manufacturer's warrenty for the installed roof.
