NO billing, work not complete and damage to our new gutter guards and they want paid in full, paid all but 2500.00
verbal agreement to have roof and ceiling done due to damage. told that the check from ins. comp. for both would take up most of the cost to roof, but that the amendment would then cover the cost of the ceiling work. they put roof on and damaged out new gutter guards that had life time warranty, they wanted to fix but cant because it will void my warranty. they worked deal out with gutter guard company, but wont pay to have it fixed till the roof is paid in full. we have paid for all of the roof but 2500.00 which again is all verbal, no paper work given to show what was done, what we paid for, NOTHING. NO bill, nothing, our insurance wants the amendment, but they have not done that. I told them I would pay the remaining balance of 2500. when they have the amendment done, work completed (piece of flashing and reseal the gutters), gutters repaired to not void my warranty, and itemized bill. They tell me they will not do these things until I have finished paying the 2500. They threatened to contact attorney if I dont pay the last 2500 this week, which I have been advised NOT to do until the work is completed to my satisfactions and I get the paper work showing itemized bill and the amendment is completed. I would submit receipts and billing and all that and even the estimate for the job if they had given us one. There wasn't even a written contract to agree to pay this amount in the first place.
Job completed. all Repairs done. the gutter guard company paid to repair our new gutters guards they damaged. itemized bill, amendment to insurance company.

The *** family signed the agreement for construction services agreeing to have Alpha Roofing, LLC do the work on the roof. In the contract they agreed to pay the RCV amount paid by the insurance company. Mrs. said we damaged her gutter guards so we agreed to let her withhold $2500. We agreed to have the original installer replace the damaged panels so she could keep her lifetime warranty. Mrs. refused to pay the remaining balance if we wrote a check to fix them or deduct it from the amount owed to Alpha Roofing, LLC. Essentially defrauding the insurance carrier we are pursuing legal matters to resolve this situation. Attached is the agreement for construction services as well as our certified letter sent to the *** family.
As I have kept you and our insurance agency well-informed the check from the insurance company was for roof repair l, gutter replacement and ceiling repair just them doing the roofing took all of the insurance money that was to go to all three things just to do the one thing with that being said we have paid $550 to the gutter guard people to repair the gutters that alpha roofing destroyed and we are having someone come out this weekend to finish the work they didn't finish and to do the last repair to the seal the gutters that we just had sealed before they came and did all their damage and their foreman of the job is well aware of because I have written proof from him where he was going to do All the repairs and FINISH the job but because this Company does not stand behind their work and doesn't finish their work we will have someone to do it and when I make that final payment to the person who's going to complete the job and finish the repairs that they made damage to then I will subtract the 550 for the gutter guards and I will subtract the money that I am being charged to finish the roofing job and to finish the repair for the damages that Alpha roofing did and then I will cut this horrible company a check for the remaining balance. I offered him yesterday to come out and do the flashing and fix the last thing on the seal of the gutters and I would cut him a check but he refused because he wanted the money first. This company has poor practices I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Also one last thing there is no fraudulent nothing because if anything this company is fraudulent wanting the entire insurance check to do three projects and they only did one and last I want to let you know that This so-called professional company was supposed to send an amendment to my insurance agency because of the extra money that was needed to do my roof like the plywood the drip edge things like that that was not in the assessors breakdown was supposed to go to my insurance company but because this fraudulent company is not going to do that because they're already getting their money they're not sending it in so that I can get refunded for the additional items that were needed which is why I asked for an items statement of everything that they use that my insurance company wanted to compare against the assessment but this fraudulent crooked company is refusing to do the amendment or the itemized break down to give to my insurance company so now I can't afford to do the ceiling because this unprofessional company doesn't know how to do their job that my insurance company is wanting.
