Review: An order was placed for a 14 day trial. I received a full months supply. I was billed $87.63 after 14 days. The product was not received until 8 days after the trial was ordered.

There was no hesitation on billing me for a full months order. An order that I had not placed.

When I noticed I had been billed I immediately notified Alpha Rush.

Alpha Rush was in a combined trial with Fat Burner X. I went through the exact same thing with Fat Burner X. They issued me a credit of $87.63 on Jan 15,2016.Desired Settlement: Credit my credit card for $87.63.

Review: The company offered a FREE ($89 value) trial of their product, Alpha Rush Thermogenic (if you pay for shipping and handling.

When I received the product there was very fine print saying that I would be charged $89 for the product if I decide to keep it.

This is fraudulent advertising at its worst, and the company would not honor the original offer.Desired Settlement: I should be allowed to keep the Free trial product and not be charged anything above the shipping and handling which has already been paid.

Review: On the mobile site of AlphaRushpro.com it is not clear that the "free trial" is in fact an $87 cost. the mobile site said nothing of the sort upfront when agreeing to the free trial. the customer service reps refuse to refund me even though I offered to return the items. I have contacted my credit card company and reported the fraudulent transactions. had I known or had it been clear that the trial bottle cost $87, I would never have ordered the supplement.

I fear that many people are suffering from these types of claims to offer "free trial" just pay for shipping and handling false advertisements. a company should not have to sneak around and steal money if the product they offer is a good one.

the words free trial does not mean $87. I will pursue this claim and my refund to the fullest extents available to me.Desired Settlement: I want a full Refund and I want the company to honor the claim of "Free Trial."
