Hello, Sorry you are still having troubleThe last we spoke we couldn't figure why the filter wouldn't work with your generator (whether it was wrong or the airbox wasn't the original)As I mentioned we have sold many of these filters with no issuesWe settled that you would
send that one back and we would send you a sheet of filter material that you could cut to fit your air boxI also mentioned that I would refund you the difference of the two filters and ship the filter material to youWhen we received the filter back you asked for a refund instead and that you purchased the filter material locallySo we refunded the filter with no restock feeWe did as you asked even after you asked for something differentEveryone who has gotten this stock factory filter has not had any issues except for yoursWe did not discuss refunding your shipping as it is not our policy to do so on this type of return*** You agreed with these policies before you placed this orderThank you,***

The filter box is the original delivered configuration of the generatorNothing has been modifiedYou acknowledged from the photos and measurements I provided by email that the filter provided did not fit my model generator as advertised by youI was under no obligation to purchase the bulk foam filter material from youAfter receiving the wrong filter and having to pay postage to return it to you, my confidence and trust was extremely low.Bottom line - You list the filter as fitting my generatorIt does not fitThe error is yours (irregardless of the notion that it is isolated error that can't be explain by hard facts.) Your error cost me additional money to return the filter to you for resale to another victim.Any ethical dealer would have returned the full amount of the purchase to include shipping and handling

I did respond and I got nothing in return. I do not want my case with Alpha Sports to be closed I want help. I have not received any. I got the sell telling me I have to pay for shipping on parts that are junk and are not a substitute in any way. This is typical of online unethical merchants. They post self serving  "Terms and Policies" that defy all business ethics and then stand behind them as though they came from the bible. The error was theirs, but since they don't have to deal with a customer standing on the other side of the counter they feel they can treat customers in a shoddy manner without fear of their customers. Let the posting of this complaint serve as a warning for others to avoid this amateur operation.
