Alpha Stone

Our kitchen cabinets were installed by Alpha Stone in May 2018. There was a misalignment with one of the kitchen drawers and hence I asked for a service visit. Aman personally came to our house to examine and fix the problem. Moreover, he refused to accept any money for this visit. We were so touched by his honesty and excellent customer service---two years after the initial installation. I would surely recommend Alpha Stone to anyone interested in high quality/low cost cabinets and granite/quartz counter-tops.

Great people lowest prices and fabulous job done by Alpha Stone team. Redone my kitchen and bathroom. Home looks different now. Thank you guys

I ordered kitchen cabinets and though it did take some time during this pandemic, everything in the end turned out wonderful. I am very happy with my cabinets. They have many different cabinets to choose from, ( I think that's what some of these other reviews are about, the cheap cabinets) some of that are extremely inexpensive and then the one says which we bought are a top-of-the-line cabinet and we have had absolutely zero problems with these cabinets or the company. They are very busy and were upfront with me that they do not have the staff for a full customer service experience. They said low margins and high-volume is what they do . We will absolutely do business with Alpha Stone again.

The most unprofessional place I have experienced in my life!!! I originally went on 05/19/20 I took my measurements and my layout of how I exactly wanted my kitchen cabinets. I had placed the order because I was expecting to get my ALL white cabinets. Biggest mistake! Promised me no longer than 4 weeks. It's mid June and I havent heard one word about my cabinets I call and they tell me that they haven't came in yet that they should be coming in. I wait another week and call again and ask if there in and nothing. I end up getting my cabinets the 13th of June thanks to myself because I kept calling and I was about to go out of town and expected to get them at 4 weeks like I was told. I trusted Aman and some of my cabinets were wrapped and I took all my cabinets. I came home for the weekend to get them installed. To find out as I open a boxed one of my cabinets are already knicked at the center. And the sides of my cabinets are beiged not white. They only provided me with one side of the white and I have 4 other sides that are exposed and he only provided me very small skinny sides which does not look good at all. I sent pictures right away and call but they were closed.I called them on june 23 and sent everything wrong with my order and till today NO ONE called me back. I called today because it was bothering me seeing that I paid for this service and It looks horrible. I got Jennifer today and she was beyond distasteful and unprofessional. I asked why hasnt nobody gotten back to me and shes laughing, giving me attitude, talking over me the whole time im trying to explain what is wrong with my order. Jennifer stated that those our my problems because I signed the documents and this and that and when I went to get my order they were rushing me. I am beyond upset, I got harrased by Jennifer over the phone was such a bad experience. She just kept talking over me its beyond me how they are still opened. I asked for the owner to get back to me and she just hung up.

Poor performance lack of follow through or follow up terrible craftsmanship. I mean nails sticking out. Stuff just glued in a very dloppy mannor. Piece just fell off in my hand. Definitely over promise and under deliver. When it comes to professionalism terrible low class group of people to deal with. Well only two terrible people. AMAN THE LIAR and the cat lady.

We ordered a kitchen from this Company in February 2019, our kitchen installation is now complete, however, we hired a professional to redo the work we paid Alpha Stone to accomplish. My husband and I have lived around the world while serving 22 years in the military, and without hesitation we can say this is the most dishonest and unreliable company we have ever had to deal with. They are selling a product, that Aman, the owner told us "was over sold," an indication they just wanted our money to make a sale. This company could not possibly install the kitchens they have on their website under "our projects." The custom kitchen work, is at best shoddy, couldn't even get the kitchen cabinet accessories in the correct color for months, advertised Calcutta Quartz on Facebook for $40 SF, when we asked for this deal, it was immediately deleted, however, we have record of the advertisement and then was charged $60 SF, under estimated quartz needed by 10 SF. Last contacted the company via text in September, to date, we have been ignored. We could write so much more about our negative experiences with Alpha Stone, however, we don't have time -- it would take hours!

I signed a contract in Nov/Dec 2018 for Alpha Stone to provide & install kitchen cabinets & miscellaneous cabinet hardware. We paid the contract in full, before they installed the cabinets per the contract. They still have not completed the contract & have not returned calls or emails! We are still missing 1 cabinet door, spice rack, shelves, garbage can racks,drawer name plates to fill big holes/gaps, glass drawer dividers, multiple kinds of hardware, etc...
