Alpha Tech Phone & Computer Repair

I went to Alpha Tech iPhone and Computer Repair store to have my computer fixed and they charged me $50 for the diagnostic and told me it should only take an hour until they call me. They never called and I decided to call back the next day and they did not answer. I then went to their store and it was closed. So I started to call in everyday and show up to the store every few days, but no one answered and the store was closed. It’s been 3 months of me doing this and I still have yet to get back my money or my computer.

I took my kindle fire in for service on 8/8/19 and after they ran a diagnostic check I was called and told that I needed the battery replaced and a software update. I would have to come in a leave a deposit for them to complete the work. I asked what the cost was to complete this and was told $70.00. I went right back over there and paid the $70.00 so that when they call to say that it was ready I could just go pick it up. I was quoted 2 - 5 business days and it will be ready. I called back on 8/9/19 to see if it was ready since it was supposed to be the day before and I hadn't receive a call. At that time I was told that the battery was supposed to be delivered that day for sure and that I would receive a call just as soon as they install it and test everything. I have never received any calls from them regarding my kindle. I went up there on 8/26 and another customer was in there complaining about his wife's phone that was there over a month and still wasn't fixed. The tech got mad because the customer told me that I shouldn't do business with them and I stated that I was waiting for the customer to finish his statement about Saturday 8/24 because I also was told that I would be called that evening to pick up my device they were testing it. I made all the calls to them and kept getting the run around every single time. I make the following calls to Alpha Tech 8/15 @11:36, 8/21@ 12:45, 8/24 @ 2:47, 8/26@5:29, 8/27 @2:51. I'm over this it's ridiculous I have had a few things fixed at this establishment but that was before they changed owners. I was told that I was being given my money back since it took so long but that hasn't happened and my device is still doing the same thing that I took it in for
( return call 8/27@5:19) 8/30@4:24 and 4:45 I was being put on hold but the call hung up. 9/5 @ 9:06,10:40,2:21 and got a return phone call @2:22. During this call I was asked if I had the original cord that came with the kindle and I asked the tech why after a month are you now asking for the cord.

I dropped my daughter’s phone off to be repaired on July 24th and they completed a diagnostic and gave me a quote to have the phone repaired. It was $85. They told me the phone would be ready in a few days, no big deal. It is September 11th still no phone and when I tried calling them I get the message that the number has been changed. I have stopped by the location on multiple occasions and no one is ever there. The manager or owner *** told me if he could not get the phone fixed he would give me a full refund and that has not happened yet. I can’t even get in touch with him to retrieve my phone or the refund. After reading multiple reviews of them taking people’s money and not actually repairing their items I’ve come to the conclusion that they must be operating fraudulently because I’ve read reviews on *** and yelp stating the same issues as I am encountering.

I came across this business Via facebook and contacted them on JULY 12, 2019, I was told by the owner that in order to fix and bring my phone in I need to make the payment of $100.00 upfront. I told them specifically what was wrong with my phone and they said they were able to fix it. I complied and did what they asked, the owner dropped the phone off to me on SATURDAY JULY 13, 2019. When I received the phone it was still not working. He said that it was liquid, battery and screen damaged. The store then told me to return the phone the next following day. I have made various attempts to contact them regarding the issue with the phone. I've messaged them, tried to go to the store and all they did was refer me to different managers and employees. However when I showed up unannounced one of the workers told me that *** didn't work there. I have messages and the invoice that I made the payment. All I am hoping to get out of this is a refund, and my cellphone back. This place does not know how to operate a business. I highly doubt that the phone was ever fixed. The invoice has no receipt number or any reference number.

I had brought my ipad there for repair, I was quoted that it'll take 2 hours. But then it didn't take the two hours like the manager said it would, so I let it go. They ended up with my ipad for the whole day until the next morning with it the way I brought it to them and he told me I would be getting full refund and that I had their words that I can bring it back and they would do it for me the next time I bring it back. They than tell me that they can do it for me for free and that for my inconveniences, they would straighten out my ipad. So I told them yes that would be nice of them to do that. So we agreed to that. The next night, they then Facebook message (***) me to stop by with my ipad at 7 pm the next day and to wait for it. So I pack all my kids up and go down to the repair shop (Alpha Tech) where they told me bring my ipad. I ended up Facebook messaging (***) at 6:59 pm to let them know that I'm at their shop waiting outside with my 3 children. Then I remembered I had their card and to call the number in my call logs, I called twice, the first one was no answer and forwarded to voicemail, the second time I called and left a voicemail. Still no answer back, so I decided they probably forgot about it. Then I waited till about 7:40 pm or somewhere around that time and stated that I left about in 10 mins ago and to let me know what's going on. Still no answer. I just want them to go by their word and fix it for and do it in front of me.

This place is run by Crooks. They will take your money and give you the run-around. I have taken 3 iPad minis for them to fix the crack screens. The tech person *** will lie every time you go in to talk to him. He claims it was fixed and then you find out the screen wasn't working properly. Took it back and he keeps saying, "it will be fixed by tomorrow". Every time I go in, he says "tomorrow." After 3 weeks of saying tomorrow, I finally ask for my money back. Then the lies continue when I ask for a refund. He claims he is not authorized to give you a refund. He says he will let the store manager "***" know and that he will authorize the refund "Tomorrow.' I went in the next day and he keeps saying tomorrow. Then another tomorrow. After a week of waiting for a refund, I gave up. I decided to call the ELUSIVE manager ***. He never answers his phone. After about 10 attempts, he finally answers his phone. He promised he will authorize it with *** and give me a callback. Another 2 days went by and no phone calls from ***. I continue to call him to no avail. He no longer answers my call. I am in the process of suing these clowns in Small claims court. They currently have an active small claims suit against them scheduled for August 5th, 2019 at 1:30 in department 3A. If you have a similar experience with these clowns, please contact me for a Class Action Suit against them. We need to STAND UP to these clowns and put them out of business.

On 4/10/19, I took my tablet to Alpha Tech iphone & computer repair, I was told the cost to fix my device was $149.00. According to them at the time their ATM machine was broken so they were only accepting cash, I left went back then paid to them the total amount in cash.Three days later,I call them to find out the diagnostic result and when could I pick up my device. I was told they will call me when it is fix. Three weeks to a month, couldn't hear from them then I call I was told my device was ready for pickup.I got there spoke with the technician he said my device was already fix but he only needed to run a final test and that I should come back in three hours.One hour to pickup time, I get a call from them stating that my device was giving an error message and that the system board needed to be replace.I was given two options: To replace the system board or to refund my money. I chose to replace the system board, and ask them the cost to replace it and how long it was going to take. I was told additional $82.00 and five to seven business for them to get the parts and would installed it immediately. On 5/4 and 5/5/19, I called their number didn't get hold of any one. On 5/9/19 I show up at their business to make inquiries about my device the technician told me that they installed the parts for the system board but it didn't work, so it was send back and it was going to take seven business days to get the replacement. As usual didn't get any call from them so I showed up at their business on 5/21/19, what really had me upset was their lack of remorse for their behaviors. So I requested for my device and my refund, the clark got my device and said that the person in charge of their cash register was not around they will give me a call once he gets back. I told the clark that I wanted both my device and refund to be handed to me at the same time because I was tired of their stories and the run rounds. I call them last week and today they still giving me stories and the run around.

I dropped off a phantom 4 drone for a miner repair was lied to about reiciet was not given and I paid for work done on my drone this place stole my phantom 4 drone whitch cost about 1000.00$I never seen my drone again was shocked that a business could get away whith such a crime
