MR [redacted] did indeed call to sign upHowever when I looked up his address there was a previous account that had been established 6/6/with an outstanding billI called to inform him we would have to make a payment upfront of the dollars for 7/1/2015-10/1/and dollars for the past servicewe pick up all new customers times before their bill is dueThe reason for upfront payment is due to the previous unpaid bill from the sign up of service in Mr [redacted] did not call into the office to cancel service nor did he pay for the three pick ups that were provided in We do not have contracts and do not report credit bureau there for in order to restart service for an address that has an outstanding balance we require payment upfront for service as well as the previous balance, we can not provide free servicesThank you,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I received a $check refund on Saturday February 7, and am happy with the results. I would still highly recommend this company to other people. Thank you for your assistance

They never picked up once I never put any trash out for them to pick up so how could they have picked up 3 times the man is an absolute liar.

20$ I sent a check to her but when I spoke to her she confirmed that she did not receive it. so I assured her that a new check would be issued and sent to her immediately and received mid week next week. she was happy with this solution and said she enjoyed our service and would recommend us to others. thank you,
