we had a serious Bat Problem woke up to dead bats in our driveway and our garage Called and spoke with the owner of Alpha and he came out immediately Brought the dead bats for testing We own a large house and it was a very large job made a bat house, blocked the entries and we have not had an issue work was swift and complete We rest easy knowing that we can walk out into our garage and will not step on a bat

I had contract with Alpha Wildlife Removal to leave a squirrel trap for 5 days in my basement and repair ceiling damage done by a squirrel for $250. The trap has since been removed (squirrel not caught) but the ceiling damage has not been repaired. I was told that [redacted] would come back and fix the ceiling Sunday (12/14/14) and he did not show up. This is the second time he said he would come to my house on a specific day and did not show. I have called the company multiple times and left multiple voicemails since. He is not answering my calls or calling me back.Product_Or_Service: Squirrel Trap Placement and Ceiling RepairDesired SettlementI would simply like him to fix the ceiling as outlined in our contract. If he will not do that, I would like a refund.Business Response In response to the complaint received by m. [redacted]. All contractual obligations were met. The agreement was for five days of squirrel trapping and to repair a foam insulation board which was done. I had informed mr. [redacted] of his mouse issue and the fact that I do not currently treat mice. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)All contractual obligations were not met because he did not repair my ceiling. He acknowledged this and agreed to come back to my house to take care of it on 12/14/14. He never showed and has not return my many phone calls or voice messages since then.He also said all along that this was likely a squirrel because there were many acorns all over the area surrounding the hole in the ceiling. He only began saying the problem was caused by mice when he wanted to have nothing to do with my job anymore (he insisted on full cash only payment up front). Since our interaction, I have seen the squirrel's tail in my ceiling and know for certain that this damage was not caused by mice. At this point, I am requesting half of the total sum that I paid which I think it very generous since the non-completed ceiling repair is clearly the more costly part of our agreement (compared to the other part of the contract: leaving a trap in my house and checking it periodically).

Very useless, lost my money, they were compleately unprepared to do what we asked, just came for the money and did nothing and went and they need to come next day also, but they just lied that they came and went we dint saw them we were at home compleately that day, if u want trash your money hire them, useless, And waste
