Review: Contract was done with this Contractor to build a deck and roof on Sept. 26, 2013. On Oct. 3, 2013 construction owner, Cody Showers said project was completed and was paid in full for job. On October 7, 2013 it rained and the water built up in the new construction of roof and soffit and corkboard all bulged and hung down. Cody Showers was contacted. On October 8, 2013 He came and said he did not seal the siding, he said he sealed siding and said problem was corrected. On Oct. 18,2013 it rained again and the same thing happened only this time it was worse. Soffit came down and could not use front porch. On Oct, 15, 2013 he came back and said he fixed problem. On Nov. 26, 2013 it rain again and porch ceiling fell down. Have left messages for him at his home phone and his cell phone and have all text messages saved from Cody Showers, and he has not fixed the problems. Tried to call him today and his cell phone number has been disconnected or no longer in use.Desired Settlement: We want the problem resolved correctly, and new materials used to finish the job once and for all. All shingles, soffit, and insulation will have to be replaced. Our contract states 10 year warranty on all work and materials and Lifetime limited warranty on shingles. We want it completed within 2 weeks from todays date.
