My experience with Larry F [redacted] was filled with what most printers seem to do - promise the moon and deliver much less I was told that I was to be presented two books for review with different grades of paper This never happened on two different reviews I was also told that I would have to pay half of the total cost and the other half at delivery This was not true! I paid $for 1,books to be printed and $upon delivery I questioned the amount and found no cooperation of keeping their promise I also have a e-mail that asked specifically for the total price and it said $5,for 1,books I was also told that the price to print 100, or 1,was the same and that never happened The employees at the location were very nice, other than Larry, - but get everything in print! I asked for a very specific cover for my book and they refused to make it and I had to produce it myself Very disconcerting Buyer Beware!

I questioned the amount and found no cooperation of keeping their promise. I also have a e-mail that asked specifically for the total price and it said $5,450 for 1,000 books. I was also told that the price to print 100, 200 or 1,000 was the same and that never happened. The employees at the location were very nice, other than Larry, - but get everything in print! I asked for a very specific cover for my book and they refused to make it and I had to produce it myself. Very disconcerting. Buyer Beware!
