AlphaHardReload fraudulently charged my debit card for an order that I did not initiate.
Last year I ordered a trial of AlphaHardReload. They sent me several bottles of the product, over several months, until I called to cancel. Yesterday I received another bottle, which I did not order. I called the company to request a refund, and to tell them not to charge my card again. They never send a receipt with the orders, so it's not clear how much was charged. There is no phone number. I had to check the small print on the bottle to find a number to call.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund and no further contact from this company.

My credit card has been charged 3 additional charges since cancelling products from this company. I have received no further products.
Initial purchase was $5.97, charges as stated on my credit card: HLE*MAXBODYWORKS XXXXXXXXXXCA, 12/04/2017 and NUBODMECH XXXXXXXXXX XXX-XXXXXXXNV, 12/04/2017. On 12/14/2017 a call was made to customer service at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, further product shipments were cancelled, original cancellation number is XXXXXXXX. Additional charges to my credit card are: HLE*MAXBODYWORKS XXXXXXXXXXCA $89.97 on 12/19/2017, NUBODMECH XXXXXXXXXX XXX-XXXXXXXNV $94.97 on 12/19/2017, NUBODMECH XXXXXXXXXX XXX-XXXXXXXNV $99.97 on 02/06/2018. When I called customer service after being made aware of the latest charges, I was told they have no reference to the last 3 charges made to my card. They refused to let me speak with a supervisor or manager. When I asked to verify the reference number for the cancellation they gave me a different number. They stated that the number is XXXXXXX. I also asked for a phone number for the company itself and was told that this was the customer service number for that company, this is a large customer service company that does customer service for quite a number of businesses, the number is X-XXX-XXX-XXXX.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking for the public to be made aware of this companies ill practices and/or this company to be placed on a watch list if one exists.

I have reviewed your account and it was successfully cancelled as of 12/14/17. We charged you for the following:
12/04/17 $5.95
12/04/17 $5.99

There are no other charges or shipments after 12/04/17.

The charges you refer to on 12/19/17 for $94.97 and $99.97 are not our price points. We suggest you contact the Support phone number from your credit card descriptor to address the issue.

The cell phone order form did not explain that if orders were not cancelled within 14 days I would be charged for the full amount monthly.
The Expert Body Bloom and the Beyond Look and Body were ordered from a cell phone ad featuring an item for $5.99. I intended to order just the Beyond Look and Body but the phone froze when offered the second item. When it was finally unfrozen I thought I had just ordered the one item. I also looked every where on the ad for information about canceling the order within a certain amount of days. I did not see anything. When the order came in the mail there were two items, one of each. We ordered it on 12/20/17 and received the items on 1/10/18. On 1/13/18 our credit card was charged $89.99 for the Beyond Look & Body. I called to complain (855-729-9464). They cancelled our order, I thought. They would not return the money because it had been 15 days since the first order. We did not receive any additional orders in the mail. They finally agreed to return 25% of the money. As of today, 1/23/18, that has not happened. Today I noticed an additional charge of $88.95 for the Expert Body Bloom. I called them today and they have promised to reverse that charge. That remains to be seen. Still we have not received any additional products after the two small samples on 1/10/18 that we paid $5.99 for, each bottle. I believe this type of advertising of products is misleading and should be against the law.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive the $89.99 credit card refund for the Beyond Look and Body charged to my account on 1/13/18.

I received a letter from the Revdex.com dated 3/8/18. I was on vacation and did not receive it until 3/22/18. I am satisfied with the company's efforts to resolve this matter.

False advertising, pay for shipping then automatically enroll in a membership for $89.99.
On 12/22/17 saw advertisement on pills that would boost my energy so I decided to give it a try. Put my payment information in and immediately asked me if wanted to try their other products. I didn't want to so I tried to close it out but added it to the cart and immediately then closed the page without a review of summary. Days later I received package and got two bottles one I order and one I didn't but decided to give a try since I paid for just shipping $5.99 each. Tried a few days didn't notice any changes. Friday January 5th I got a text from my banks fraud department asking if I made a purchase of $89.99 I replied no and my debit card to the account was close and til this day I have not received a new card. Monday came and looked at my account and realized that the $89.99 went through and saw a phone associated with the charge. I called the number(855-410-4677) and asked who they were, they would not give me any information without me giving them mine and found out they were a third party ce for many different products. They would not give their company name or information on the company that sold me the product and said it was against policy. They claim that there was a fine print that I did not see saying I would enroll in their membership. I believe this is bad business somewhat making people believe that they would only pay for shipping and later taking more money that wasn't expected and telling they cannot get a refund because they are a trial period.

Desired Outcome

I like them to be more honest on how customers are going to be enrolled in a membership and showing a review of what they are paying for instead of putting your payment information then everything closing out before you can view it. This is just plain dishonest.

Unfortunately it took a complaint to get my refund which they could have done in the first place but I know this business will probably continue with there tactics to make as much money as they can because they don't believe in their products.
I believe this kind of business practices should be illegal.

I ordered on December 11, 2017, a bottle of Nitric Flow and AlphaHardReload. I did not understand that when the two week was up that I would be charged $88.95 and $89.99 respectively. I called customer service for both of the products. Nitric Flow at *** and AlphaHardReload at ***. I was told that I had to send the bottles back and they gave me a Return number for each product. I was told that after receipt, they would refund me the two charges for a total of $178.94. I did not understand that this was a trial and that I would have recurring charges. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford the $178.94 that has been taken out of my account I feel like I have been defrauded. I cannot wait two weeks for the company to refund me. Can you help me in getting the $178.94 sooner rather than later. When I called back to ask to speak to a supervisor, they hung up on me. Thank you.
