I am an active duty service member in the US ARMY and I left for basic training and had to cancel my gym membershipI dropped almost 90lbs to enlist and fight for our countryI was told by a manager of this company that If I turned in a copy of my orders that I was leaving I would be all set and I had no worries for when I leaveI left thinking I was all set I came back on leave for xmas and got a phone call and was told 950$ would be put on my credit reportI immediately got into contact with the company and he acting like I was screwing him over and just didn't feel like payingI'm appalled with how this company has treated meI have been dealing with this since I got home and trying to get it resolved and I'm only here until Jan2ndI refuse to give this company a penny

Yes I am writing because I had canceled my membership back in MARCH and just realized that they are still charging my credit card for the personal training which is a $a month I call two weeks ago and they told me that they would call me back in two days well we are two weeks later and no call so I have them twice again and I am getting the run around They said it was in there system that I had canceled So from March to now they have been still charging me the $a month I was just paying my bill not realizing this charge was on it because I was taking care of my elder uncle who was very sick I am tired of getting the run a round with them

Review: Dear Sir or Madam,On the day of 08/**/13 14:39 I had given five pieces of clothing to the dry cleaners. The cloths were 2 winter black coats and 3 other pieces of clothing. One of the pieces of clothing not concerning the coats I was hand made designed with shiny stones. When I went to the gentlemen at the counter in the dry cleaners, specially I had showed the hand made cloth and I had asked him if he can clean it. After that he had gone to the back and he had later came back five minutes later saying that he can do the job. Although he had told me that I will have to charge you a bit more for dry cleaning this. Then I had given all the pieces of clothing to him, and he said that I should come and pick it up at the day 08/**/13 after 5:30 P.M. I had gone there that day and I showed the same counter person my receipt to pick up my cloths. So he had told me that I have only four pieces of clothing and that I the other one is not ready yet so I can pick up that on Friday. Then I had said no because I can not wait until Friday because tomorrow was our holiday and besides he is supposed to give all of my clothes on that day with no delay. I had told him that if you can't do it then just give the piece of clothing to me. Then he had brought it and he started telling me that we had used a chemical to clean the clothing but the shiny stones had melted. Then I had asked him where is your boss and he had told me that he is not here and to come back tomorrow. Before I had left the store I told him that this piece of clothing cost me $240 and tell your owner that he has to replace the clothing because my son now had nothing to wear on my holiday and his holiday spirit is now destroyed. The next day, I had gone back to the dry cleaners and I asked the same counter person where was his boss. He said to come back at 3:00 P.M. Then I had asked him for his bosses name and phone number, and he refused to give it to me. I asked him how will he solve the problem. (Continued in the resolve box).Desired Settlement: Complaint (Continued): I also told him you have to pay me the amount that I spent for the clothing. I could tell that he is not taking this matter that seriously. He clearly told me that you can do anything you want and that I will not pay you. Now I have taken matters in my own hands by addressing this problem to you. I also have evidence such as pictures. Hopefully you guys will investigate this situation and help to solve my problem. Thank you.Resolve: I only want a replacement.

If the company AGC of Queens BBCleaner doesn't respond to you within 15 days, then please give me any documents or certain papers for me to take that person to court. Thank you.
