I scheduled an air duct cleaning based on a advertisement in [redacted] Guy over the phone asked me to count total vents, returns and trunklinesBased on that he quoted me a price, I scheduled, when the rep came in he quoted me times of what I was toldHe showed me a diagram what they will do and how they will cleanI budgeted based on the quote over the phone, then guy goes to the car and says he will apply the special they will be starting in august and get it cleanedI said ok, when he said he was finished I asked him you did not clean what you saidhis response was he did not promise in new specialI reminded him that you said you will apply a new upcoming promotion to the quote you gaveHe said to me that I am not driving miles to make littleThen in a angry tone he said to his associate if he is hawking about it then do itStill it was not doneNo professionalism, they did not do what they promisedI ended up paying times of what I was quoted when I scheduled and still did not get the service promised during a visitI will not use them and definitely will not recommend them to anyone

Based on that he quoted me a price, I scheduled, when the rep came in he quoted me 10 times of what I was told. He showed me a diagram what they will do and how they will clean. I budgeted based on the quote over the phone, then guy goes to the car and says he will apply the special they will be starting in august and get it cleaned. I said ok, when he said he was finished I asked him you did not clean what you said. his response was he did not promise in new special. I reminded him that you said you will apply a new upcoming promotion to the quote you gave. He said to me that I am not driving 40 miles to make little. Then in a angry tone he said to his associate if he is hawking about it then do it. Still it was not done. No professionalism, they did not do what they promised. I ended up paying 3 times of what I was quoted when I scheduled and still did not get the service promised during a visit. I will not use them and definitely will not recommend them to anyone.

Paid for filters which were never delivered.Refund promised month ago not received to dateWrote check [redacted] on 5/13/2016 to [redacted] dba Alpine Air Care for $300.00 for air return vents installed and to order permanent filters ($150 cost) Informed [redacted] approximately 30 days later that filters not received. He called filter company and cancelled order. Told me thst complete refund was mailed to me No check nor return of my calls as of today 8/15Desired SettlementRefund $150
