I just called Alpine Air for the first time this evening at 3pm because our A/C was blowing hot air. Joe came to the house in less than an hour and immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I had originally called one of the bigger companies because I need someone right away, but Joe was able to come out right away without needing to give me a 4 hour window of time. He didn't try to up sell me on a new system, he educated me on the options and said to keep what I have until there's a real issue. He gave me honest advice and wasn't trying to sell me a service contract or a new system. I will definitely be calling him when it's time to replace my system. Thanks Joe!
