When we did the repair for the customer, we ran the unit for days to make sure the unit was completely working before shipping it back to the customerWe verified that the unit was working as it was supposed to every time we did a repairHis unit was repaired correctly before we shipped it out to him

It states very explicitly on our website that we do not cover the cost of shipping a unit back to us for repairsIf an item is under warranty we state on our website that we will repair the unit, cover the cost of all parts, as well as cover the cost of shipping the unit back to the customer

Dear [redacted], onJune 11,15, I spoke to a technician at Alpine/ Enviroquest, I was told all I needed to do was buy new glass plates. I ordered through their website 49.95. Recieved them, it still not smell the ozone Smede, recalled and spoke to [redacted], he told me all it needed was servicing to send it in, it would cost 30.00 at the highest 60.00. I Fed Exed it in at a cost of 35.00. After receiving it he emailed me and went up to 150.00, I reminded him he had given me a price of at the most 60.00, I have the emails to prove that. He responded and said yes, I remember, ok it will be 60.00. We will fix it. I have the emails to prove it. After days, he emailed and said corporate said no, they will not fix it for that price. We will return your unit. I did receive my unit. The knobs are unattached and fall off, it was wrapped in tape that has marked the unit. The technician told me today the reason the knobs are falling off is because the screws were not attached when they took it apart on the inside. It does not run properly at all like I sent it, makes Noises. I have all of the emails to prove all of the correspondence.

It states very explicitly on our website that we do not cover the cost of shipping a unit back to us for repairs. If an item is under warranty we state on our website that we will repair the unit, cover the cost of all parts, as well as cover the cost of shipping the unit back to the customer.

When we did the repair for the customer, we ran the unit for 3 days to make sure the unit was completely working before shipping it back to the customer. We verified that the unit was working as it was supposed to every time we did a repair. His unit was repaired correctly before we shipped it out to him.
