Hi , my name is Daniel G [redacted] and my business is Alpine Air , high-efficiency heating and cooling [redacted] called me and we discussed an AC system and two of her properties located on prospect Northwest, One on [redacted] and the other on [redacted] in [redacted] After negotiating prices we agreed on a much lower price if I did both properties togetherI never did the AC on [redacted] and here are the reasons why [redacted] purposely imposed hardships on me and my company on a long drug out AC upgrade I did for her on the property located on [redacted] in [redacted] I'm going to prove in court that [redacted] caused me unnecessary delays by her payments, her electrician, meeting up with me to verify locations for indoor units and outdoor units, and access to bedroomsShe was very mean and difficult and a very unreasonableWhen [redacted] finally gave me lee's cell # ,the electrician's phone number, I called him to coordinate wiring of the outdoor unit so we could charge it with FreonHe explained that he was going to contact ***, [redacted] 's boyfriend who hired him that he was not going to be able to do the work because he was too busy at his jobI called a couple friends who work for a company full-time to help me get a start up since I'm not an electricianWe were aware that this job was permitted to the city and I would make all necessary correctionsI got a green tag from the city on January 10, I put covers over the line sets and drains exactly the way [redacted] and I talked aboutshe had demanded her keys back a few times even before we were finished I received my final payment and green tag from the city, Plus gave her a half-price deal I explain to her if she was not happy with cosmetics it was on herAnd I told her I had other jobs I need to tend to nowFrom September 22, till February 10, was the last time I heard from her on texts with more threats to face book and Revdex.comI know nothing of any harassing calls she said she received from my friends

Please see the attached photos of the two main issues along with the photos previously submitted.? The contractor did not issue a receipt and one was requested but I do have cancelled cheques for monies paid.? The first is the front entry of the house, the second is the exterior across the backThe photos speak for themselvesIn the entry to the house the contractor placed everything? as if it were the exterior, disregarding that this was an interior roomThe unit was placed on the other side of that wall at his suggestion, and with assurance that it would unobtrusive and less visible than the original placementThe original spot had the brackets attached already and I have a photo of it in place along with his message saying it would be better in the spot he placed it..? ? On the exterior of the house are cords and hoses wrapped in black tape and left exposed on the surface and highly visibleThe contractor said that this is "normal" but I have not been able to find any homes or buildings where this is the case.? The other smaller items are the hastily made covers which are poorly made and installed, damages to the drywall and the mud left on freshly painted interior walls.? ? ? No special pricing was requested or bargained forThe price was in line with other estimates from other businessesThe power service upgrade was planned for October 31, and the installation of the heating system was planned for after thatThe contractor knew that the service at the address had to be upgraded before the unit could be installedThe electrical service was delayed due to PNM surveying the transformer needs and then scheduling the service transfer and? once again, PNM installing new power lines to the houseThese were things that I or the electrician had? no control over.? The dates he states are completely falseHe was given an advance on the job in late September with the start date to be sometime after the power to the house was upgraded and that was forecast to be done by the end of OctoberThe installation work by Alpine started the week before Christmas around the 18th of DecemberThe timing was not an issue.? None of the other points G[redacted] brought up had any bearing on the issues at all.? Alpine's response was to write on the serial number list that he would void any warranty if anyone else made the repairsThe work, left as it is, decreases the value of my home significantly and it is much more than cosmetic

I ordered an LA-3500, 2 of GH-9088B, and 2 OSP-S from alpineairtechnologies.com. I received these items and ran ONLY the LA-3500 and discovered they were majorly hurting the quality of air in my home. I did not run the other 2 units of GH-9088B due to the first unit drastically hurting the air quality. I called to receive the 30 day full refund, and was told that I needed to try something on my unit to see if there were any changes in the air quality. I did what he said and it did not help. Mr. [redacted] would at this time, return my calls. I went through the steps to fill out forms for an RMA. Mr. [redacted] explained that since two of the three units were unopened there would be a full refund, along with the unopened ceramic plates. I received the RMA via email. Expediently I packed and took these to our local Staples store to send back via [redacted] for my refund. From this point on, it gets very interesting. I insured these 2 packages, and arranged for tracking information to be sent to my email. BOTH packages were delivered and signed for. I waited several days and emailed Mr. [redacted] for updates on the refund. I would call and email before he would return my call or email. He left a voice message on my cell phone that I was unable to decifer ANY of, I knew it was him due to the phone #. I called 2 times and emailed for him to call me back to explain this. He emailed me to say they received ONLY ONE package and would refund for what they received. I copy and pasted the confirmations from UPS for BOTH packages in an email to him demanding full refund. I received a refund of 759.56 less 84.44 of what I paid, and also paid out 76.00 for return shipping. I would like to report this site is not reputable, they are shady and reeks of a scam.Product_Or_Service: Alpine APLE-E303, 2 of GH-9088B, and 2 of OZP-SOrder_Number: 7243Desired SettlementI would like the remainder of the money back for the full refund of $84.44. This is due to all of the unnecessary time/emails/phone conversations with Mr. [redacted], along with him reporting they had received only ONE box when I had confirmation of both being delivered and signed for.I would like other people to know this site and these people are not to be trusted. Final Consumer Response Alpine Air Technologies responded to me on 3/26/2015 via email. The refund issued contained a 10% re-stocking fee which coincides with the amount I was credited. This is written in their return policy. I was told, however, by Mr. [redacted] that a "full refund" would be issued. At this time, I am not interested in pursuing any further action from the Revdex.com. I thank you very much for the services you do!
