whom it may concern,I [redacted] sold the 1997 [redacted] to [redacted] 7/2014 not 7/2015 as stated by [redacted]. At that time I had a dealer license from Alpine auto sales and worked privately from home. I buy and sell cars on the side of my full time job to support my family. [redacted] along with another family member inspected the car to their liking. Whenever sell a car I give the option to the buyer to take it to their mechanic to get inspected but [redacted] said they did not have time to do this. When purchased the [redacted] it was just inspected by the pervious owner. The car was sold AS-IS. She stated in the letter that I received that they drove it 3500 miles before getting the inspection. After I sell a car I cannot guarantee that the car won't have issues down the line, nor can any dealer. The car is 1997 it is bound to have issues but I fixed a that could and needed to before selling it. The buyer inspected the car and did not find any issues at the time. She buyer should not have waited a year to send me a letter that the car had issues. cannot give a refund after the buyer drove the car for a year. Review: The problems is Alpine's records are not in sync with payments actually made. Repo funds and late fees should be adjusted and returned due to poor record keeping.
Purchased GMC truck from Alpine Auto Sales in March 11, 2013 in amount of 12,449.61 including warranty, taxes and tags. I placed $2500 down leaving a balance of 9949.81 to be paid monthly in amount $296 or 148.50 bi-weekly. Payments have been made but not properly recorded in spite of receipts and printed credit card statements. In addition, car was repossessed due to non-payment but payments were made on time during that time. After reviewing my records and presenting documented evidence of payments, Alpine refuse to adjust records to reflect confirmed payments even payments during time of repossession.
Repairs to be completed by Alpine has not been completed. Still waiting for transmission, windshield, hubcap, mirror, front end shaking, front end repairs. Made some repairs but still having recurring problems. Just too much to put in words.Desired Settlement: Readjust records to reflect payments made and refund repossession and late fees:
9949.81 sales balance after downpayment
3664.81 balance due -our records
4994.81 balance due - Alpine
1330 adjustment to be recorded

My payment was being debit from my account every Friday for car payment but she states he is a fraud after a year of making payments and now she wants me to send her my bank information so she can make debits. So confused. Please help me..Desired Settlement: Want to know who to give my debit card info to and who is the real owner.
