This bank ranks up there is BOA, they claim to have the "latest technology" related to alerts and other forms of communication related to your account; however, it fall drastically short of their promised services7x I have set up my alerts, had IT call me (then never call back of course) and 7x it has failed us related to our personal bankingI would seriously consider banking at a credit union or a bank that is more up to date and has trained customer serviceI had ------ be absolutely rude and short with me from the first helloBank somewhere else!

Just the worst people to deal with. They put a limit on my business account to 5K a day. This is my operating capital. MY CASH. No loans, no credit, just my CASH. A lot more than 5K. And they want to limit my business. I sell AV equipment. Some 85" TV's cost more than 5K??? I told them to raise my limits, they refused. Maybe it's because they are not FDIC insured, and really are just a [redacted] little community bank with stupid policies and completely stupid people.
