I am rejecting this response because: They have all ready offered to fix the uneven steps with a cap at no additional cost to meI am not sure why the conditions of my previous steps have anything to do with anythingAlso I want them to complete the replacement of my driveway as contracted for 12/9/2015.The snow storm was no surprise The local TV stations did forecast the blizzard for January which started right after the concrete was delivered The poor workers had a terrible time working the concrete in the stormI had to provide them with space heaters and extension cords after they completed what they could do They did pound nails in my roof to hold up the tent After they removed the tent it was my neighbors that noticed the uneven and wavy steps They slope just enough for someone not looking closing when they go down them can loose their balanceI have a rail which on occasion has kept people from falling.My complaint is they have not made any attempt to finish the jobMeanwhile they have gravel and forms stacked in two thirds of my driveway I can only use a portion of my current driveway.Right now the first week of August would be the best time for them to complete the work I have a very busy July

In response to complaint when contract was signed her front steps were poured a short time thereafter. it was poured in colder months and on that particular day it happened to snow later after pour . my crew litteraly built a plastic house over the new concrete to protect it the...
pour was completed and I stopped by that evening and a few times thereafter to inspect. the pour and quality of work in my and all of my crews is that the work was more than acceptable.. bear in mind that her existing steps and porch were deteriorated to literal sand and were in worse condition than any concrete that ive replaced in my 18 years experience.... the owner started complaining immediately about the snow which is beyond our control started demanding that we repour steps and porch at this point bottom line we at alpine as well would like to comlete work order and will also do a cap over existing steps at no labor charge if owner is willing to pay for just the cost of concrete for cap on steps only which would be aproxx 2 yards of concrete at the cost of $260.00 which we fill is very reasonable and alpine can sheduale work to be completed by end of july 2016 Tell us why here...

last week, I am very satisfied. Him and I talked about things and I think we both learned something from this experience: He will give the customer a window for the timing and I will not sign another contract without it at least having a good faith estimate of the date it will be complete. I will consider him and his crew performing more work for me in the future. They do good work, so if he can take care of the date for completion before the contract is signed, I think he will not have any problems in the future.

In response to this complaint. alpine agrees that we completed the job in one day other than clean up . our contract states clearly that we would clean up branches only and made it very clear to [redacted] that we could haul off the wood but would...
be a considerable amount more money to do so. [redacted] chose at tha t point to have us haul branches only...as stated in our contract. As far as us not being their for three weeks this is confusing to us at Alpine as we have made 6 trips to their property hauling 6 truck loads of branches and just picked up last load on X-XX-XX In addition he never called my company one time all communication was done with his grandaughter who is the daughter of one of my employees> This job was a referral from her.
