I dinged my neighbors car door when I opened the door of my truck into her door After shopping around for the best price for a car door scratch repair, I settled on Alpine Collision because they had the lowest quote Chris W*** from Alpine Collision called my neighbor with an update after the car was in the shop that they forgot to include a pinstripe in the quote, and would be charging me an additional $ I called Chris and told him that it was not an acceptable practice to put the cost of his negligence during the quoting process on the customer, and that I would not be paying the additional $
Additionally, in the original quote Chris specified that they would have to blend the paint into the rear door because of the proximity to the scratch to the rear door and quoted me a detailed price for that Now that the car is in the shop he says that they might also have to blend the paint into the front fender and quoted me an additional $if they do indeed have to
