Complaint[redacted] is a scam company, trying to steal ppl money. Alpine Diect Services is also a scam company.I spoke with [redacted], representing Alpine Direct Services, regarding an alleged payday loan. I informed [redacted] that I never had a payday loan with this company on line. [redacted] said that the loan was processed in 2011, and that before it could be paid, that my bank account had been closed. I said that this was not so, and that my lawyer would be contacting him about this issue. [redacted] went on to say that their was several outstanding payday loans that were also not paid back. I told [redacted] that was not true, and to stop calling my home with this obvious shakedown. I was contacted by a "legal outsourcing" company saying I took a loan out and didn't pay it back. I never took a loan out.The company alleges that I took a payday loan out in Dec. 2009. I have never received or agreed to a payday loan. AlpineDirect will not return my calls. I feel I am a victim of identity theft. The company says that Alpine Direct is filing fraud charges against me. I do have proof that I never received a deposit. I want this matter taken care of. Since this never occurred I have no specific information. Desired SettlementAt the very least I would like the company to contact me so we can work this out. I want this taken care of. I also want the company that was out sourced by them looked into and filed against if need be.

Can't get a hold of their company.I have a third party company compliant risk managment calling me trying to collect a loan on behalf of Alpine Direct. Compliant Risk managment was unable to give me any information about the loan so upon contacting Alpine Direct, they have no work phone number and e-mails go unanswered.Desired SettlementI want to be contacted by the company to determine the full information of the loan.

Alpine Direct is stating that I have a debt that I do not and have proven to not.Alpine direct started calling myself and my minor childs phone on 8/25/2016, stating that I had gotten a loan from them and if I did not pay $460.00 today that they would have me served and I would have to be at court in 14 days to fight the charges and that if I lost then I would have to pay on site $1,124.00 I asked them for paperwork showing where I had "received" this loan and the couldn't provide me with anything, they said once I paid the $460 they would send me papers. They supposedly deposited money into a bank account I've never had, so I called the bank and got paper showing where I've never had account there and then the lady threatened to charge with me felonies of breach of contract and falsifying information. They gave me minor details of some old personal info, such as an old address and an old email. I didn't pay them a dime, because I've never had a loan there and proved it to them. I will not be scammed into paying for some made up debt. Desired SettlementI want this FALSE debt removed from my credit report immediately. I want this business to shred any personal information of mine they have and I want no more contact from them!!!

Debt Collection called to collect a Debt for Alpine Direct services, gave me no information about the Payday Loan or when I did the loan,I received a phone call from (866) 369-7991 A Financial Company Stating they are attempting to collect a Debt from Alpine Direct Services for a Payday Loan that I Defaulted on, they did not give me any dates of when I applied for this loan or give me any information when or what account the loan was deposited into. I never heard of this company or Have Taken out a Payday Loan out recently , I had given them my personal information and card number because they had told my that the Original Creditor Alpine Direct Services is willing to settle the Debt owed of $655.00 to $425.74 in two monthly payments of 212.87, i'am in the process of fixing my debt and credit so I thought nothing of it. After they had confirmed my card number and personal information, they hung up, I Dialed the number that was given on my caller ID but got no answer, I tracked down the Alpine Direct services Number at 1(866)699-3850 and all I got was a busy tone so I waited for an hour and called both numbers several times and got no answer with both numbers,Desired SettlementI would like an answer with dates and information and debt wiped clean and off my credit

Spoke with [redacted] said I owe a payday loan that was done online back in 2012 and it was sent to [redacted].Spoke with 2 ladies the 1st one don't know her name explained to me I did a payday loan online through Alpine and it was done back in 2012 to [redacted] account as I was trying to get more info and told her I haven't every applied for an payday loan online and was trying to get more info she hung up on me. I called back to phone# 866-303-9408 At [redacted] saying the say thing that I done a payday loan online and it was sent to [redacted] and that will send something to my employer and home said there was no credit check for it. Stated to her I haven't had [redacted] account open in over 7-8 years ago and no to mention I filed Ch7 Bankruptcy back in 2012 and never applied for an payday loan she said the company was named Alpine and also said I work at an company called [redacted]. I haven't worked there since 2007. I've never heard of them before or received anything. I did file Bankruptcy and anything that was under my name was filed there were a lot of companies that were under my name that I had no idea about and I advised her of this. [redacted] said to me she can send the info back over to the client and let them know. Also the address they me down at I no longer leave there haven't done so since 2012 and any business or personal legit mail I have it come to my new address. Today 8/1/16 is the 1st time I ever heard from this company no one has ever called me before .

Received a couple of harassment calls from 855-201-2950 claim I owe money.Received a couple of harassment calls from 855-201-2950 stating a received a paid advance loan and did not pay it back from 2012. Any pay advance account I may have had have been satisfied in full. The person stated that I will be sued and my employer contacted.Desired SettlementI will like the company to stop harassing me and threaten me on something that has been satisfied and if it was not I have not received any correspondent regarding this matter. If in 4 years I did not pay I would assume that they would have contacted me before now.

They called me stating I owed them money from 2009 or 2010. I asked them to send me the info via mail. They said if I don't pay I will be sue. They told me I would be sue and I had to set up a payment plan. I asked for them to mail me the info but they emailed me. I gave my debit info to set up payment plan due to not wanting to be sued since I didn't want to be in trouble. I spoke to 3 people. Gave my info over the phone for a future payment date. Still no letter received stating the information I spoke to them over ten phone. Only a email. I got a alert from my bank that my card has been compromised. They shut off my card and asked for me to get a new one. I haven't given this company my new info because I don't have anything on my credit report for them and still no letter in mail stating the issue. Please investigate. I am being scammed by this company and being threatened and scared into paying for something I did not get.I have been threatened into paying back a payday loan I NEVER APPLIED FOR. They said there were 3 fraud charges pending against me in court and that I could be prosecuted. They would garnish wages, could take my drivers license, car insurance, my vehicles, and other things. They said I could choose to go to court and deny cooperation in paying it back, and that if I went to court and lost I would have to come up with 5$5656 on the spot to pay retribution for them, court costs, attorney fees, etc. or I could choose to cooperate and admit to it being an oversight in not paying it back, and settle out of court to get it off the docket and out of "the system". the loan was for $500 supposedly. They read back an old employer name, an old address, my SS #, an email address, and all bank acct information this supposedly was deposited into. 5 other attorneys have called me about this same thing the past 6 months, and when I ask for proof they hang up or state I am not entitled to anything unless I go to court or make payments. But yet I am the one being threatened and harassed. They are calling my home # and my private cell phone that are both unlisted numbers. I am sick of this. They scared me so bad today that I had to borrow money to put in my acct to make a payment and they set up 6 installments. The supposed lender is Alpine Direct Services, LLC. They do not have an address or legit phone #. I tried calling it and there is no answer. I have read emails about other companies and scams against this Alpine Direct, and some states have a cease and desist against them as doing business in those states. The first 5 companies said I borrowed $1000 and today this company quoted a $500 loan. The company calling me is MRG and their # is 844-247-9468. They required $200 today in a payment to avoid being taken to court and prosecuted. I did not have it but had to come up with it and now have to make monthly payments totaling $884. I am disgusted, livid, feel violated, and sick. I have bank statements proving I did not get a loan, but they repeated all my personal info back and said it was legit. According to [redacted], I NEVER had an acct in august of 2011 and NEVER had an acct or routing # that matches what they repeated back to me. They also said they sent letters to me at an address I have not lived at for over 8 years now, so gee, surprise that a deposit was made in 2011 to a nonexistent acct and they sent letters to an address I left in 2007. 2007 and 2011 do not match either. [redacted] sent me a letter and statements confirming I am telling the truth, no deposits were ever made, and none of this loan companies info matches anything of mine. They phished and paid for my SS# and phone # and address information. They forced me to pay $200 today that I did not have or if I did not, the file was marked refused to pay and an attorney would serve me with papers and be taken to court, and that if I lost would have to pay $5656 immediately. I know they would produce false info to make me pay thousands more, and this is horrible. I know I am not in the wrong here. I asked for documentation of ALL OF THIS and they refused to provide it unless I went to court. I want my $200 back and for this file to be closed and these people prosecuted, and I want to be left aloneDesired SettlementI want my $200 refunded, I want the 6 monthly installment payment cancelled and reversed, and I want this company to pay for harassing me, threatening me, and slandering me.
